The 2004 Mesa mayoral election was held on March 9, 2004 to elect the mayor of Mesa, Arizona. It saw the reelection of incumbent mayor Keno Hawker.

Hawker filed paperwork for re-election on March 10, 2003. He emphasized that he had four main goals underlying his candidacy, described by Jason Emerson of the East Valley Tribune as "public safety, economic development, educational and community partnerships and fiscally responsible government."[1]

Since Hawker reached a majority in the first round, no runoff was needed.
