The company was founded in 2001 by its CEO, Patrick Moultrup, who also founded Staubach International, which Forbes magazine recognized as the "#1 Real Estate Firm in the World in 2001."[1]


Services offered by AsiaPac International include advisory, brokerage, investment, construction management, planning, interior design, project management, and sale-leaseback consulting.
