oooh, orphan Bhattarai Helping Hand (Pvt.) Ltd. (BHHPL) is an organisation created for the mutual help and co-operation of those sharing the name, title or caste of Bhattarai. It was founded in 1968 by Laxmi Kanta Bhattarai and its present chairman is Karun Bhattarai. It organises various programmes including social services such as community-based health education and rural development. After the devastating earthquakes in 2015, this organisation in co-ordination with the Bhadrakali Yuwa Samaj organisation (भद्रकाली युवा समाज), distributed relief packages to victims. The leadership of that programme was by its CEO, Karun Bhattarai. The organisation also provides a scholarship scheme to the poor and underprivileged students in the vicinity.

This organisation is in the process of collecting the history of ancestors of the Bhattarai people regarding their origin.

The group's headquarters is in Ratnanagar, Nepal.

This is a private organisation of Bhattarai people, including members from all over the world. There is a provision for dead Bhattarai to be listed in its records. Membership of this organisation is made by filling in a membership form and registration, free of charge, either at the organisation's office or online. Documents required are a photocopy of a citizenship certificate, two PP size photos and a certificate associating/associated with related organisations.

Members are registered through the company.
