Dominic McAleenan (born 3 December 1969 Banbridge, County Down, Northern Ireland) is an Irish skier.[1]

McAleenan has lived in Scandinavia since 1994. He took up cross-country skiing at a competitive level in 2014, competing in classic roller ski races in Sweden. He participates mostly in ski marathons and the Vasaloppet race in Mora, Sweden.

In 2015, McAleenan competed for his home nation, Ireland, at the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships in Falun, Sweden in the men's classic sprint race. As the oldest competitor in the race by 7 years, McAleenan finished 120th of 130 competitors in 4:54.34. Ski results
