Drilon Hajrizi (born 17 January 1991) is a Kosovar professional basketball player who plays for KB Peja in Kosovo Basketball Superleague and in Balkan International Basketball League.[1] Also He is a member of the Kosovo national basketball team. He was born in Mitrovica in Kosovo and he started the career in the team of his birthplace in KB Trepça where he took the first steps and showed his talent.[2]

Professional career

2013-14 season

In this Season Drilon Hajrizi moved from KB Trepça to KB Peja, where he played in Kosovo Basketball Superleague and BIBL. In Balkan League he averaged with 8.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game in 14 games played.[3] And in Kosovo Basketball Superleague averaged with 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in 17 games played.[4][5]

2014-15 season

Hajrizi also in this season played with KB Peja in BIBL And in Kosovo Basketball Superleague. In Balkan League he averaged with 14.0 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in 8 games played. In Kosovo Superleague he averaged with very impressive 17.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game in 23 games played. In this season Drilon Hajrizi with his team went to the Semi-finals of the Balkan International Basketball League where they lost to Rilski Sportist (BUL).[6]
