Happy Beds is the online trading name of Click to Tick Ltd and was established in 2005 with multichannel trading, including eBay UK, Amazon UK, and Rakuten.co.uk – a member of the Rakuten Japan group. In September 2015 the trade expanded, which allowed a tie up with Tesco Direct – a large online retail marketplace part of the Tesco group.[4]
