Football biography

Levis Opiyo Omondi is a Kenyan professional footballer who plays for Nairobi City Stars as a goal keeper in the second tier Kenyan National Super League.



Levis started his goal tending duties back in 2010 for Thika's Shimanzi before moving to AC Thika in 2011. In both years he was named the best keeper in Central region during Safaricom's Sakata Ball, an U23 nationwide tournament. [1]

He then moved to Thika United then to Mahakama, Posta Rangers, Western Stima, [2] [3] Mathare United and back to Posta Rangers [4] before heading out on loan to German side Fortuna Babelsberg in 2018. He was back in 2019 where he had a short term contract with Vihiga United [5].

He was to join promotion chasing Nairobi City Stars in August 2019 preferring them to A.F.C. Leopards due to guaranteed play time.
