Main Characters

Birds Characters

Red

Template:Infobox character Red (also called Red Bird), is an overprotective Northern Cardinal found in the Angry Birds franchise.[1] First appearing in the episode, "Poached Eggs" on the original game, the character itself became the official mascot of the brand, being featured on almost all icon apps of the games of the franchise. The bird originally has no special abilities.

Design
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Red appears as a circular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Red also has a circular dark red linings on his eyes, has a white circle on the lower part of his body, and thick black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an oval, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

In Angry Birds Toons, Red is more of a sphere, and has a darker red color, of which this design is used in Angry Birds Go! and Angry Birds Epic!, and so as the Rio 2 levels of Angry Birds Rio.

Personality

Being the leader of the flock, Red always creates meetings for plans against the pigs - of which the other birds find it to be very boring and dull, especially Stella.[1]

He is also very overprotective about the eggs, as seen in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Off Duty".[2] If something managed to convince him to rest from guarding the eggs, like when Matilda convinced him to take a vacation as seen on the same Angry Birds Toons episode,[2] he will start hallucinating, thinking most of the objects he sees on his environment are Eggs. The Eggs also, are not safe whenever he is not around, for the other birds will become careless and reckless, being vulnerable to ambushes made by the Pigs. But, if the Eggs become missing, Red easily overcomes any obstacle he would face, just to retrieve the lost Eggs, even if he is to come to Pig City, where all of the Pigs reside.

But Red is not only being overprotective about the Eggs, but also other objects that helps them retrieve the Eggs, such as the slingshot, as seen in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Slingshot 101".[3]

But Red is not always like this, as seen on Angry Birds Toons episode "Slingshot 101",[3] when Red went skateboarding along with the Blues, after realizing that some of the stuff that Red thinks is bad for them can help him defend the Eggs.

Red also acts as a fatherly figure to the Blues, teaching them lessons whenever they get into trouble, and also looking after them.

Counterparts
  • Mighty Red is Red's counterpart in "Red's Mighty Feathers". In the episode, Red is seen with the Mighty Eagle's feathers revolving around him. The feathers gave him a new ability - directly move into the specified location of the level, or directly move onto where the player has tapped.[4] This counterpart of Red is exclusive to the episode in Angry Birds
  • Luke Skywalker is portrayed by Red in the Angry Birds Star Wars games. The bird can swing a lightsaber around him, damaging, or even destroying anything within radius. In Angry Birds Star Wars II, there are 3 other version of the bird: Pilot Luke, Endor Luke, and Jedi Luke. Pilot Luke can swing a lightsaber, Endor Luke can swing the lightsaber twice, while Jedi Luke can swing it three times.[6]
  • Anakin Skywalker is portrayed by Red in Angry Birds Star Wars II. The bird's ability, like Mighty Red, can directly hover onto the specified location within the level, or clicked or tapped part of the screen, but with a pod racer that explodes upon impact. He has 2 other versions: Anakin Skywalker Episode 2 and Anakin Skywalker Epiode 3. The Episode 2 version can swing a lightsaber, and the Episode 3 version can attract blocks within radius to him, and then throw them out.[6]
  • Knight Red is Red's counterpart in Angry Birds Epic.[7] The classes that Red can have are all related to protector and guardians. The bird's rage ability is dubbed "Heroic Strike", that when activated can highly damage the enemy with most health.

Blue Bird Triplets

Template:Infobox character Blue Bird Triplets (colloquially called as Blue Jay, Blue Jim, and Blue Jake, also called, Blue Birds or Blue Bird) are young, mischievous and playful Bluebird triplets, who are fond to prank other birds of the flock, and their playing could also lead to destroying the Eggs, or at least make them vulnerable to the Pigs.[9]

Appearances
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, The Blues are only shown as one bird, and appears as an oval-shaped bird. The Blues also have The Blues eyelids and 2 tail feathers.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

In Angry Birds Toons, The Blues are shown as 3 separate birds, and has a darker blue color, of which this design is used in Angry Birds Go! and Angry Birds Epic!, and so as the Rio 2 levels of Angry Birds Rio.

Personality

The Blues, when in the case of the Egg theft, are always the ones to find the clues of the thief, of which are always the Pigs. The Blues are fond of tricking the other flock, of which after the trick would just conclude to the birds "tasting their own medicine", like in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Egg Sounds". But in some cases, such as the Angry Birds Toons episodes "True Blue", and "Slingshot 101", their tricks had prevented the Pigs from stealing the Eggs. Their misadventures can also harm the Eggs, like on the Angry Birds Toons episode "Slingshot 101". But even though they could harm the Eggs, they would still try to protect it, like on Angry Birds Toons episode "Bomb's Awake".

In the games, the Blues can appear as one, but once the player activates their power, they would split into three. Despite the many editions of the game created, even with the tie-ins, the Blues's ability has never changed, until Angry Birds Go! and their power on Angry Birds Go!, is still related, for it is 3 mini-boosts. Even their Rage ability in Angry Birds Epic, is still related, for their rage ability is to throw 3 explosive eggs at the enemy, stunning one of them, largely damaging another, and removing buffs from the last.

Counterparts
  • Lightning Bluebirds - Lightning Bluebirds are The Blues' counterpart in Angry Birds Space. They are more powerful, and wears a mask, like Super Red.[10]
  • Rebel Pilots - in Angry Birds Star Wars, The Blues plays the roles as the Rebel Pilots, but with no change of power.[11]
  • Jedi Younglings - The role that The Blues take in Angry Birds Star Wars II. Even if their ability is the same, they can damage wooden blocks better.[6]
  • Archer Blues - In Angry Birds Epic, the Blues made themselves as archers, to help the other birds in their quest to retrieve their 5 eggs from Wiz Pig. All of their classes are related to his abilities.[12]

Chuck

Template:Infobox character Chuck (also called "Yellow Bird", and "Speedy Bird"), is a clumsy and enthusiastic american goldfinch.Template:Dn, who is best friends with Red.[13]

Appearances
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Chuck appears as a triangular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Chuck also has two mop hairs, has a white circle on the lower part of his body, and red eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an triangle, no circular linings, has thick, bushy, red eyebrows and scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv
Personality

Chuck appears to be tall and cone shaped, thus being the only bird to be shaped as a polygon. Chuck has his eyes right above his beak, and has a black tail and head feather. He also have a white circle on the bottom of his body. On the videos Rovio uploaded before Angry Birds Seasons' "Mooncake Festival" update, the angles of the corners of Chuck is more curved, and also has scale-like feathers of his side. On the early cut scenes of Angry Birds, Chuck is of the size of the Blues, and has a head feather just as those of Red. Laser Bird, his space counterpart, is colored purple, and has a red cape. Laser Bird also wears goggles, which is like those of Cyclops. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, Chuck plays the role of Lando Calrissian, Han Solo and Captain Panaka. In Angry Birds Toons, Chuck looks more three-dimensional, and his head feather is turned sideways.

When it comes to the Egg theft, Chuck is always the only bird to discover that it was the Pigs who stole it. Chuck though, have different personalities on different media. In Toons, Chuck can also be clumsy on times, almost smashing Red with his clumsiness, as seen on the Angry Birds Toons pilot episode, "Chuck Time". He is also a bit arrogant, trying to show off, like in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Run Chuck Run", where he tries to win a race, but his arrogance led him to be placed 3rd, and "The bird who cried pig", where he even put the Eggs at risk just to show off to the other birds that he is better than Bomb. In the comics that Rovio released to promote Angry Birds Seasons updates, he is enthusiastic, but still tall. Chuck also livens up the flock, with practical jokes, which unfortunately sometimes offend Bomb. In the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Chuck Time", Chuck can slow down time by wearing a very special headband, but in later episodes that shows him use his power, he no longer needs the headband.

In the games, Chuck can speed up, enabling him to reach further distance and damage. In Angry Birds Space, Laser Bird, Chuck's space counterpart, can directly move into wherever the player taps or clicks, of which power is inspired by Red's new power on the original game's "Red Mighty Feathers". Chuck's ability to slow down time was instead used as his power in Angry Birds Go!, even if the trailer shows him riding a rocket when his power is activated. His Rage ability in Angry Birds Epic, is still related, making 5 attacks from 3 birds in one turn.

Counterparts
  • Lazer Bird - Lazer Bird is Chuck's space counterpart. Instead of speeding up directly, he will instead speed up and drag himself directly onto the specified location of the level.[10]
  • Han Solo - Han Solo is the Star Wars character that Chuck portrays in Angry Birds Star Wars and it's sequel, Angry Birds Star Wars II. He can blast 3 laser bullets at the specified location.[11][6]
  • Lando Calrissian - Lando Calrissian is another Star Wars character that Chuck portrays in the 2 Angry Birds Star Wars games. He can shoot 3 triple laser bullets.[11][6]
  • Captain Panaka - his main portrayal in ABSWII.
  • Mage Chuck - Chuck appears as a Mage in Angry Birds Epic. He can hit multiple targets at a time, and his rage ability is to launch 5 attacks from himself and his allies.
  • Bumblebee - Bumblebee is the Transformers character that Chuck portrays in Angry Birds Transformers.[8]

Bomb

Template:Infobox character Bomb (also called Black Bird and Bomb Bird) is an easily-tempered, mischievous Greater Antillean Bullfinch.[14]

Appearance
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Bomb appears as a circular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Bomb also has a circular gray linings on his eyes, a short wick, has a gray circle on the lower part of his body, and thick red eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an oval, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

Personality

Bomb appears of what is his name: A Bomb. He has a top feather representing a fuse, and originally has a "white spot" on his head to represent the shine of a real bomb, but was then later removed, even on his plush toys. He also have circular gray linings near his eyes. Like other birds, he also has a white circle on the bottom of his body. Firebomb Bird, his space counterpart, also has a red cape, but with rather a burning "fuse" and a more orange circle at the bottom of his body. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, he plays the roles of Obi-wan Kenobi and Mace Windu. In Angry Birds Toons, he is more spherical, a gray circle on the bottom of his body, and the top of his head feather is colored orange instead of red. The design was later used in later Angry Birds titles, such as Angry Birds Go! and Angry Birds Epic.

Bomb's personality seems to combine those of Red's and The Blues'. Bomb can easily be tempered like Red and mischievous like the Blues. But Bomb can literally explode when he gets too angry, destroying anything within a given radius. So Bomb uses certain methods to calm himself down, like drinking herbal juices, and raking his Zen garden. Bomb does not only explode when he is too angry, but rather when he reaches a high level of emotion. Thus, not only being too angry will make him explode, but also when he is too scared, too surprised, too stressed, too sad, etc. He would even explode when his ice cream falls off the cone. But Bomb can still explode when willing, like in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Hiccups", where he tries to scare the Blues to get rid of their hiccups by exploding. Like the Blues, he is also mischievous, disliking the meetings Red prepares. In actuality, He is even best friends with the Blues, occasionally creating a cannon just by themselves and any tube-like object. Bomb, also have a sense of justice, shown in the MTV Anti-bullying video, where he stands up for the bullied Minion Pig. As shown in "Bomb's Awake", He is fond of sleepwalking, and can explode whenever an entity tries to wake him up.

In the games, Bomb can explode any object within his radius, disintegrating them, but some may still be intact. On the "Short Fuse" episode, he is given a new shock wave power, that pushes any object out of his expanding shock wave, and damaging them at the same time. Any pigs reached by the Shockwave will be electrocuted. But in Angry Birds Toons, Bomb does not disappear whenever he explodes. In Angry Birds Space, his exploding power now has an added fire element, thus representing Firestorm's ability.

Counterparts
  • Shockwave Bomb - Bomb, after drinking a blue potion, turns into Shockwave Bomb in the original Angry Birds episode "Short Fuse". He releases a shockwave with a bigger radius than his normal power.[15]
  • Firestorm Bomb - Firestorm Bomb is Bomb's counterpart in Angry Birds Space, but with the same ability.
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi - Obi-Wan Kenobi is the Star Wars character that Bomb portrays in Angry Birds Star Wars. Obi-Wan's younger version is also portrayed by Bomb in Angry Birds Star Wars II. Both versions can force push blocks and pigs.[11][6]
  • Mace Windu - Mace Windu is the 2nd Star Wars character that Bomb portrays, but only in Angry Birds Star Wars II. He can throw out a lightsaber that goes through and weakens blocks, then back to him, unless solid ground or indestructible elements is hit.[6]
  • Pirate Bomb - Bomb appears as a pirate in Angry Birds Epic. His rage ability is to explode all enemies at once.[12]
  • Ironhide - Bomb could possibly be Ironhide due to his death in Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Transformers: The Movie and Bomb always exploding.

Matilda

Template:Infobox character Matilda (also called White Bird), is a peaceful, motherly and caring Chicken, who enjoys caring for her garden.[16]

Appearances
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Matilda appears as a egg shaped bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, she must bounce. Matilda also has a circular light yellow linings on her eyes, has a gray circle on the lower part of her body, and black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, She is shaped more of an egg, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on her sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

Matilda is large and white with black and pink tail feathers and hair on her head. She has a darker white torso and has eyelashes. She also has pink cheeks.

Personality

Matilda apppears to be oval in shape, have head and tail feathers, and yellow cheeks. But on previous versions of the games, Matilda does not seem to care about the eggs at all, due to the happy emotion she is always showing. This was changed later on, now with an angrier face. In Angry Birds Toons, she is more three-dimensional, has pink cheeks, and pink ends of her top and tail feathers. This design was later used in later Angry Birds titles such as Angry Birds Go! and Angry Birds Epic. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, she plays the roles of C-3PO and his silver counterpart.

Matilda is very caring, and acts as a motherly figure. Matilda also teaches the Blues a lesson whenever they get into trouble, just like Red, but she is not as stressed as him. Matilda, like Bomb, also tries to calm herself down. But Matilda wants to prevent any harm of conflicts, which is common against the birds and pigs, which then always makes her mad. Matilda also has a garden, which she always cares about. Matilda seems to be fond of cooking, as part of being a motherly figure. But the birds does not like the food she cooks, but the pigs tend to like them, as seen in the Angry Birds Toons episode, "Cordon Bleugh".

In the games, Matilda can drop an egg into a structure, causing damage to it. Matilda herself will be flattened, and can be used to cause more damage. There has been numerous negative feedback about Matilda's power. Many players gets annoyed that the bird always hits the structure before dropping the egg. In the sense of Angry Birds, once a bird touches something, they will be unable to use their power after. Thus, the egg will not be dropped.

Counterparts
  • C-3PO - C-3PO is the droid in the Star Wars universe that Matilda portrays in the 2 Angry Birds Star Wars games. She can break into 5 pieces. The silver version can break closer together.[11]
  • Healer/Cleric Matilda - Matilda appears as a Healer/Cleric in Angry Birds Epic. He can heal her allies, but also attack.[12]

Hal

Template:Infobox character Hal (also called Al, Green Bird, and Boomerang Bird) is a cheerful but clumsy Emerald Toucanet.

Appearance
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Hal appears as a trangular bird but with circular linings, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Hal also has no circular dark red linings on his eyes, has a white circle on the lower part of his body, and black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an banana, circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

On Levels after Stunt on Angry Birds Go!, Hal has yellow circles around his eyes, and a part of his face is now black. Hal's size has decreased as well. He has a larger beak has a red streak going down and a oval one at the end.

Personality

Hal appears as a green triangle, but with curved angles. His head and tail feathers are those of Chuck's, but switched places. On previous versions, Hal is more angrier, but his appearance now seems to look neutral, but still a bit angry.

Hal, as seen on the Summer Pignic trailer, is cheerful but clumsy, and always wanted to help the birds out. But his debut on "Danger Above" shows him locked up by the pigs, of which the reason is yet unknown. Hal does not appear much on many Angry Birds games, but yet still is a powerful one. Hal, on the Coca-Cola trailer, is seen to be a good swimmer, despite his ability being useless underwater in the "Piglantis" seasons episode. Hal also helped Terence free the birds.

In the games, Hal is the character with the least appearances. But his boomerang power can become very helpful. But many players gave negative feedback about it, because whenever Hal boomerangs back, he will still fly further before he does, giving higher chances of hitting a wall.

Counterparts
  • Yoda- Hal portrays the role of Yoda in Angry Birds Star Wars II.
  • Grimlock - Hal portrays the role of Grimlock in Angry Birds Transformers.

Terence

Template:Infobox character Terence (also called Big Brother Bird, and Big Red Bird) is a mute and anti-social brother of Red, and so is a large Cardinal.[17]

Appearance
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Terence appears as a circular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Terence also has a circular dark red linings on his eyes, has a white circle on the lower part of his body, and thick black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an oval, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

Personality

Terence appears as a bigger version of Red, but only darker and with more spots. In Angry Birds Space, Terence is colored green, that then resembles the Hulk. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, Terence played the role of Chewbacca.

Terence is mostly mute, he does not even squawk, and is very anti-social, ridding himself from the other birds, probably for the safety of the eggs. Whenever Terence stops moving, he is unmovable until he wants to move again, as seen in "Gardening with Terence", where Matilda failed to move Terence, for he is blocking the sunlight for her plants. In "Run Chuck Run", Terence is seen teleporting to wherever Chuck hides. Terence also saved the birds from the pigs, along with Hal. But even with his negative personality, Terence would smile when treated fairly, as seen in "Gardening with Terence".

In the games, Terence destroys mostly anything it is shot onto, but has no power whatsoever, like Red. Because of his great anger towards the Pigs, Terence strikes his opponents with lightning as a power in Angry Birds Go.

Counterparts
  • Chewbacca - Chewbacca is portrayed by Terence in the Angry Birds Star Wars games. He can create a small earthquake after hitting an object.[11][6]
  • Heatwave and Sentinel Prime

Bubbles

Template:Infobox character Bubbles (also called "Orange Bird") is a young candy-loving Baltimore oriole.

Appearance
Game design before Angry Birds Go!

In the games before Angry Birds Go!, Bubbles appears as a circular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, he must bounce. Bubbles also has a circular dark red linings on his eyes, has a white circle on the lower part of his body, and thick black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, He is shaped more of an oval, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go! and Toons.tv

Bubbles appears as a circular orange bird with 2 head feathers. In his Angry Birds Toons appearance, he looks more spherical, and has a darker color. Atom Bird, his space counterpart, has the same appearance, but with an atom-like structure encasing him.

Personality

Bubbles was a stray bird until he put himself inside the bucket of candy the Blues were carrying for trick or treating. When the Blues saw a line of Pigs with King Pig masks carrying buckets of candy, Bubbles went in one of the buckets the Pigs was carrying. When he fought with King Pig for the last remaining candy and lost, he expanded into a balloon, making King Pig drop the candy, so that Bubbles could eat it. Thus, Bubbles expands whenever he is angry. He even dressed as a Pig Frankenstein to steal the candy from his fellow birds, only to be retrieved by Terence. Even if he is gluttonous when it comes to candy, he still is generous, like in the Angry Birds Toons episode: "Night of the Living Pork", where Bubbles stole all King Pig's candy, but then decided to leave one for him.

In the games, Bubbles can expand to move any blocks within radius, damaging them. In Angry Birds Go!, he can use the same ability to roll onto opponents.

Counterparts
  • Atom Bird - Atom Bird is what Bubbles' counterpart is referred to in Angry Birds Space, due to the fact that he looks like an atom.

Stella

Template:Infobox character

Stella (also called "Pink Bird"), is an unruly and stubborn teenage Galah.[18]

Stella appears to be a circular pink bird. She has 3 head and tail feathers, and blue eyes. In Angry Birds Go!, she is more typical. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, she plays the role of Padme Amidala and Leia Organa.

Appearance
Game design before Angry Birds Stella

In the games before Angry Birds Stella, Stella appears as a circular bird, like many of the designs of most characters, thus in order to move, she must bounce. Stella has a light pink circle on the lower part of her body, and feminine black eyebrows.

Animation design before Toons.tv

On videos uploaded by Rovio before the Mooncake Festival update on Angry Birds Seasons, She is shaped more of an oval, no circular linings, and has scale-like feathers on his sides.

Design after Angry Birds Go!, Angry Birds Stella and Toons.tv
Personality

Stella, being a teenager, hates to be told what to do nor be told to be wrong. When Red sets up a meeting, Stella would gladly disagree. She thinks that if she was the leader, everything will go the way she wants it to be. She would even deny watching over the Eggs. Stella could be childish at times. She would sometimes join The Blues skateboarding and blow bubbles. Her childishness even flawed the Pig's plan before it was taken into action, by distracting them with an Egg-shaped bubble.

Details

Stella, before she met the original flock, once lived with her friends in Angry Birds Stella on Golden Island.[19]

Abilities

In the games, Stella is able to encase objects within a certain radius with bubbles, making them fly up the air, and when the bubbles pop, the encased objects will fall over, damaging themselves and anything they fall into. But Stella herself could not even break glass. In Angry Birds Go!, she uses her bubble to protect herself and this game of Stella will add as a pink flash without bubbles.

Counterparts
  • Leia Organa - Leia Organa is who Stella portrayed in the 2 Angry Birds Star Wars games. She can pull blocks and pigs from far away.
  • Padme - Padme is who Stella portrayed as well in Angry Birds Star Wars II. She does the exact opposite of Leia - Pushes away blocks and pigs.
  • Arcee

Ice Bird

Template:Infobox character

Ice Bird is an ice cube-like alien exclusive to Angry Birds Space.

Ice Birds resembles an ice cube with ice crystals as a top feather, and with eyes and a beak.

In Angry Birds Space, Ice Bird may not do any damage, but will freeze anything it touches or anything within radius, to weaken the structure.

The Mighty Eagle

Template:Infobox character The Mighty Eagle is a Bald Eagle, the strongest bird in the franchise.

The Mighty Eagle appears with an oval body and triangular head, A long beak, 4 tail feathers, 3 head feathers, a purple circular lining near the eye, and a brown patterned area are at the bottom of his body.

First introduced in Ham em' High, The Mighty Eagle is an old but smart eagle. He tells stories to the birds whenever they gave him sardines.

In the games, The Mighty Eagle can be summoned by shooting a can of sardines. He will then drop down to retrieve it, causing destruction on the pig's fortress. On the release of Angry Birds Chrome, they have a lighter color, and much more emotional. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, the minion pigs plays numerous roles such as Zam Wessell, Jabba the Hutt, Stormtroopers, etc. In Angry Birds Toons, they are more spherical, with darker color, and bigger chins.

As seen on Bad Piggies, they are also fond of building things, such as vehicles and such. Even though the pigs conflicts with the birds numerous times, minion pigs wanted to live peacefully. Minion Pigs also easily gets distracted, as seen in the Angry Birds Toons episodes, "Hypno-pigs", where the pigs enjoyed themselves after making Red nap using hypnosis, instead of taking the eggs back to King Pig. Even though they are all weak, in numerous numbers they were able to capture both the birds and pigs, only to be defeated by Terence.

In the game, these are the weakest pigs in the game. In the King Pig mini-game King Pig mode, players control the pigs, to be launched onto Eggs. The small Minion Pig acts as The Blues, while the medium Minion Pig acts like Red. The Pigs also have different varieties across all Angry Birds titles such as the Fat Pig in Space, Scarecrow Pigs in Seasons, and Zombie Pigs in Halloween tournaments of Friends.

Corporal Pig

Template:Infobox character Corporal Pig (also called Helmet Pig) is the corporal of the military of Pig City. But despite of that, he rather bullies the Minions, but the Minions barely complain about it.[22]

Corporal Pig, is simply a Minion Pig with a helmet on. This design was later changes, with a lighter skin color, and a shine on his helmet. His original Toons design is also the same, but was later changes with a darker skin color, longer nose, a helmet with a belt and an Ace Card, and his eyes are covered by the helmet. In actuality, Corporal Pig faced many design changes in Angry Birds Toons.

Corporal Pig was once a Minion Pig, but after being chosen by King Pig to lead an army, Corporal Pig has been very loyal to him ever since, thinking of him as a Greek God, despite King Pig's fatness and laziness. Corporal Pig has good sense of direction, despite his helmet covering his eyes. He can't remove his helmet even if he wanted too, for he accidentally glued it on his head.[22] Corporal Pig, instead of inspiring his army, bullies them instead.

In the games, Corporal Pig wears a helmet to absorb more damage inflicted onto him. In the King Pig Mini-game King Pig mode, he acts as Bomb. Even if his helmet is stuck on his head, Corporal Pig has a few extra ones, which he used to offend racers and defend himself in Angry Birds Go!

In Angry Birds Epic. The Corporal Pig plays the role of the same piggy character with new design like Angry Birds Toons.

King Pig

Template:Infobox character King Pig (in some Angry Birds books, called King Smooth Cheeks) is the selfish king of Pig City.

King Pig is the largest pig, with long nose, big chin, and a big crown on top of his head. His appearance on the games, was simply just a fat pig with a short crown. In the Angry Birds Star Wars games, he plays the role of Emperor Palpatine.

King Pig is a dimwitted lazy Pig, but still is the King of the city. King Pig wants to build up a good reputation, so he lied to his Minions and workers that his family were great warriors and are the ones who built the buildings, and that he invented cakes, rainbow, and sunlight.[24] King Pig is also prone to crying, thus he always assign a pig to give him a pacifier. To others , they only identify King Pig as the king if he is wearing his crown, thus losing his crown would make the pigs identify him as a normal pig, despite his huge size. Temporarily, the Pigs gave one of The Blues as his pet. Even with the negative doings The Blues did, he still identifies him as his pet, thus in order to get over it, he made everyone in his kingdom wear pet costumes and outfits.

King Pig, in the games, is the second strongest pig, lost only to Fat Pig. King Pig is the one who has been creating the schemes to steal the Eggs, but every attempt turned out to be failure. He magically seem to heal every time. In Angry Birds Space, he owns a space tank and a spaceship. In addition, a space submarine as well. He also prepared the race in Angry Birds Go!, and his power on said game is flying - increasing his Kart's speed, velocity, and acceleration, and so as lessening the chances to be harmed by other players. He also hired Wiz Pig and Prince Porky to capture the Eggs in Angry Birds Epic. He appears as a boss on most of the Angry Birds titles and he fails to the battle in Lost Screen as a joke.
