Malcolm Borg is a New Jersey businessman, chairman of the North Jersey Media Group, which is owned and operated by the Borg family.[1]

Early life and education

Malcolm Borg graduated from The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He was awarded a B.S. in English Literature from the Columbia University School of General Studies in 1965.

Career

He serves on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Press Foundation, and is a former member of the Board of Directors and past president of the New Jersey Press Association.

New Jersey Governors have appointed Borg to several committees including the Comprehensive Health Planning Council, New Jersey Department of Health, and Governor to the State Advisory Board, New Jersey Department of Health (of which he was vice chair), and Health Care Administration Board, New Jersey Department of Health (of which he was chair).[1]

Marriage and children

Borg and his wife, Sandra, have three children, John, Jennifer Borg and Stephen A. Borg. He appointed Stephen Borg as president of North Jersey Media Group in 2007, and Jennifer Borg as vice president and general counsel in 1995.
