Mark Simmons (born 12 January 1985)[1] is an English stand-up comedian.[2][3]

Early life

Mark Simmons grew up in Sellindge, Kent and attending the University of Kent, working for University of Kent Sport for eight years.[4][5]


Mark Simmons was runner-up in the 2008 Newbury Comedy Festival, runner-up at the 2009 So You Think You're Funny award, a finalist at the 2012 NATYS: New Acts of the Year Show and a runner-up at the 2013 Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year.[6]

Simmons also presents a weekly show on FUBAR Radio with his friend, Seann Walsh.[7]

He has made TV appearances on Mock the Week.[8]
