He also as an Artist Manager. In 2014 Hardin left this career to Devote to managing industry models , He founded EPE Inc and Doss'e Entertainment management

Hardin was raised in Chicago, Illinois the son of Deborah Hardin a President of a non for profit Corporation that helped community children with their Education and Ricardo Hardin Sr a Engineer, He is a 2004 graduate of Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois , where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additional Hardin has an MBA from Harvard University in Entertainment Management . While studying at Harvard he held membership in a number of student and social organizations, among them the Kappa Alpha psi fraternity, Eta Beta chapter at Cambridge MA
