Template:More footnotes Template:Autobiography Sandeep Yadav is an Indian cinema and theater actor who is playing a supporting role in the upcoming movie Thappad, directed by Anubhav Sinha.[1][2] He played the role of Sabziwala or vegetable vendor[3] in some earlier episodes the &TV serial Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!.[3]. He had a role in play titled 'Mahayatra' staged at Sangeet Natak Akademi in Lucknow.[4]

Yadav has also played several characters in other serials and Bollywood movies.[5] He prefers to do comic and negative role. In the movie Batla House which starred John Abraham, he played the role of a minister[6] of Nizampur. Yadav has worked in several episodes of CID, Savdhaan India, Crime Patrol, Chidiya Ghar, Na Aana Is Des Laado and others. His movies are Chakravyuh, Hate Story,[7] Dabang Sarkar and Batla House. He played the role of a cameraman in Peepli Live,[8] which inspired him to go to Mumbai and try his luck in Bollywood. He also played a role of spy in the movie Chakravyuh.

He is also playing a role in the Amitabh Bachchan starred upcoming movie Gulabo Sitabo directed by Shoojit Sircar.

Sandeep Yadav is a well known theater artist also. He directed the play Van Hai Toh Hum Hai was staged in the shruti auditorium in SGPGI (Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences). The work was written and directed by Sandeep Yadav and was co-directed by Preeti Singh. [9].

He is acting in an upcoming webseries Bhaukal.[10] This web series is said to be based on the life of an IPS Navneet Sikera.
