Seidel Abel Boanerges, also known as A.B Seidel Sumanth (born 1986) is an evangelist, lecturer and a Baptist minister ordained by the Baptist Union of Great Britain.[1] He regularly speaks at various churches, organisations and educational institutions. He is currently the Director of Outreach at Capernwray Bible School, Capernwray Hall, England.[1]

Biography

Seidel was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. After schooling, he worked with GE Consumer Finance as a business analyst. He completed his B.A in Theology with first class honours at Moorlands College (University of Gloucestershire) and got a Master of Theology in Preaching and Apologetics with Distinction from Spurgeon’s College, London.[1] He is the grandson of the Indian Baptist pastor and evangelist, Rev. Dr. Abel Boanerges Masilamani or also know as Rev. Dr. A. B Masilamani.

Ministry

Seidel was ordained as a Baptist minister by the Baptist Union of Great Britain in 2012 and joined Rosebery Park Baptist Church as their Associate Minister responsible for mission and outreach. Later, he worked with Moorlands College as their development officer and a part time lecturer teaching apologetics and mission. During his time at Moorlands, he spoke regularly on a apologetics radio show on 90.1 Hope FM, discussing theological and contemporary issues regarding the Christian faith.[2]

Seidel is a member of the Baptist Union Council of the Baptist Union of Great Britain.[3]
