Stig Harder is the founder of Fashion Net and of Lumière, an online magazine. Harder graduated from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California, in 1991.[1]

Harder launched Fashion Net in Paris in January 1995,Template:Cn when he was 25 years old.[2] It was the first fashion site on the Internet.Template:Cn In October of the same year, he launched Lumière.Template:Cn

Harder is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences[3] and the International Academy of the Visual Arts.[4] He has been a judge for the Site of the Year awards of the FWA.[5]
