Sunny Vaghela is an Indian Certified Ethical Hacker who is the founder of and director at Ahmedabad-based TechDefense Consulting, a cyber crime security firm. The India Times called him one of India's best ethical hackers.[1] The Ahmedabad Mirror quoted him as an IT expert,[2] while DNA India quoted him as a cybercrime expert.[3]
At the age of 18, Vaghela received media attention for identifying vulnerabilities in now-defunct social networking website orkut.com. At age 23, he helped Ahmedabad's police department solve 16 cases, including tracing a terrorist email related to the 2008 Ahmedabad bombings, and also helped the Mumbai Police department get information on Jamat-ud-Dawah.[4]
