The Great NHS Heist is a British independent documentary film in production written and directed by Dr. Bob Gill. The documentary asserts that the plans were written in the 1980's under Margaret Thatcher to sell of the public health industry to private insurance corporations in North America, by first underfunding and damaging the service, then claiming the solution is to sell it off to billionaires.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Dr. Bob Gill expects the documentary to be completed and released for the spring of 2017.[7]
