Early Life

Vinayak Nath was born on 20 September 1981 in Lucknow, India. He has completed his Education from XLRI - Xavier School of Management.

Social Upliftment Programs

  • As Director Strategy and New Initiatives for ATMC, Australia, he conceptualized, designed and developed India’s 1st International Center of Excellence(ICOE) with a state government university(Lucknow  University) for providing Joint Diploma programs to its students in Uttar Pradesh, India.[6] Also, this center will  serve a dual role as India’s 1st Australian Vocational education Training Centre, it will bring world class vocational education to the doorsteps of students of Uttar Pradesh at very low costs.
  • As  Co-Founder  Director  of  School  Quiz  League  (in  2012)  he  setup  an organisation  which  focused  on  educating  and  raising  awareness  of  the  school children  in  the  field  of  Current  Affairs,  an  important  subject  for  self knowledge. Since inception more than 100,000 students have been a part of it[7].
  • As Founder Director NATCO[8], (in 2009) he started training camps for students from higher  education  to  help  them  understand  the  ecosystem  of  the  jobs  and  how to  be  more  employable.

  • As Founder and MD of Naukri Mahakumbh[9] (in 2014) he started an organisation with a vision of generating continuous influx of jobs in U.P. Taking this notion ahead my team organised several Job Fairs for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. This was jointly run with Directorate of Training and Employment, Uttar Pradesh. More than 5000 youths (3738 from Uttar Pradesh) got jobs and more than 10000 youth got career counselling and interview based training.[10]
  • As Founder Director NATCO, (in 2009) I started training camps for students from higher education to help them understand the ecosystem of the jobs and how to be more employable. Since then NATCO has provided training to more than 32000 students of Uttar Pradesh.[11]
