Your Kids 'R' Our Kids (YKROK)[1] is a child daycare organization founded by Bharat and Suman Kapoor in 2002[2] in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The company is focused on providing employer-sponsored daycare[3] to the employees' children aged 3 months to 6 years. It has around 17 centers[2] in cities such as Bangalore,[no citations needed here] Chennai[no citations needed here] and Pune.[no citations needed here] The number of children enrolled in its centers is around 1250.[2]

The organization has partnerships[4] with several companies[5] operating across India.[6] It offers child care and growth programs across age brackets in the form of Daycare, Infant, Toddler, Two's, Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Kindergarten. The organization has a 32-acre daycare unit[7] at Banaswadi in eastern Bangalore called 'Mithila'.[7]
