Abhishek Kumar Ambar (Urdu:ابھیشیک کمار امبر, Hindi:अभिषेक कुमार अम्बर) (March 7, 2000) is an Urdu poet. He is known as "The Chhote Ustaad Of Delhi" and is a disciple of Rajendar Nath Rehbar.[1] [2] [3]

Personal Life and Career

Abhishek Kumar Ambar was born on 7th March 2000 in Mawana, District Meerut Uttar Pradesh. He was educated in New Delhi.[4] [5]

Abhishek Kumar Ambar started participating in Kavi Sammelan's and Mushaira's at the early age of fourteen with well known poets, Santosh Anand, Balswaroop Rahi, Gopaldas Neeraj, Laxmi Shankar Bajapai, Bekal Utsahi, Kunwar Bechain and Farhat Ehsas and others.[6] [7]


  • He is the youngest poet to participate in K. K Birla Foundation's event 'Ek Sham Ghazlon Ke Naam' at the World Book Fair 2018.[8]
  • He is head of the Garhwali Department at Hindi literature wikipedia Kavitakosh and is also has a member of the Kavitakosh Editorial Team.[9] [10]
  • He is a regular participant of Kavi Sammelan's  of All India Radio (Aakashwani), DD Urdu, Etv Urdu and Zee Salam and others.[11]
  • Some of his poetry is collected in Kavyankur and Ghazal Dushyant Ke Baad (books).
  • He received the Shabd Shilpi Award from the Purple Pen Organisation.[12]
  • Navankur Sahitya Samman by Navankur Sahitya Sabha and The Cultural Ministry of India.[13]
  • His poems and article's have been published in newspapers of India including: Navbharat Times, Dainik Jagran and Dainik Bhaskar.[14]
