Debbie Majumder, also known as "Devdutta Majumder", is an Indian model and actress. She has participated in reality show called Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket broadcast by 9X. She was pared with Akashdeep Saigal.[1]

Early life

Born on the 29th of November in Kolkata, Majumder has ventured into the glamor front with her aspiring hopes to become a successful actress. Her education included a degree of advertising and media. She has had professional assignments varying from modeling to advertisements.


She started her career as a model and successfully became the face of brands including Reliance mobiles, Britannia, Big Baazar, Lotus cosmetics, Fast track, Uco bank, Supreme furnitures, Boroline, Aquatica, Indian gems and jewelers, Philips, Nokia, etc. She always dreamed to become Bollywood actor, being a film maniac since she was in school. She won the Miss Cinderella contest held in kolkata in 2007 and had also won 2 subtitles-Best skin and Miss Congeniality in one of the leading contests.

Apart from advertisements, Majumder has acted in a Bengali film Kolkata The Metro Life[1] and has also collaborated with the Balaji Telefilms for a TV show in Mumbai. This aspiring star has currently[when?] won a lead role in a film with Starlite Media.
