Denise Deegan (born 1952) is an English novelist and playwright. She was born in London, England, where she trained in stage management at East 15 Acting School. In the late 1970s she was a member of the Stage Management team of EMMA Theatre Company in Loughborough. Denise Deegan lives in Wales, and is a former member of the North East Wales Search and Rescue team (NEWSAR) and the Welsh Border Morris Dancers.
