Equality Foundation is a consultancy and training organisation specialising in the area of Equality and Diversity. The organisation was formed in 1995 after its founder Adewale Ajadi developed the world's first benchmarking and measurement tool for Equality and Diversity.

Today the organisation operates across 3 continents and works with a range of public and private sector organisations including the Department for Work and Pensions, Her Majesty's Treasury, and the Lagos State Government in Nigeria.

Originally known as the Equality opportunities Quality Framework (EOQF), the organisation's benchmarking tool is now known as the Framework for Excellence in Equality and Diversity (FEED)
