Template:Infobox Organization Miss Progress India is a national beauty pageant in India. It selects its winner to compete in Miss Progress International Pageant. The current Miss Progress India is Shital Upare of Nagpur.[1]


India has been participating in Miss Progress International since its inception in 2014. The very first edition of Miss Progress India[2] was held in 2014 in Chandigarh.[3] Shital K Upare of Nagpur was crowned the eventual winner.[4] She was supposed to represent India at second edition of Miss Progress International held in 2014 in Italy but she did not participate in the pageant because her visa request was rejected by the Italian Embassy.[5]
