Ravikant Srikrishna Tripathi (born 4 February 1978), popularly known as Ravi Tripathi, is an Indian playback singer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He was amongst top 7 finalists of music reality show Indian Idol 2 and anchored singing reality show Close-Up-Performer telecast on Doordarshan. He represented India and performed with Hollywood star Jackie Chan in the 16th Asian Games 2010 Countdown show held in Guangzhou, China.[1]

Ravi Tripathi represented India and performed in front of Hollywood star Jackie Chan in the 16th Asian Games 2010 Countdown show held in Guangzhou, China. He has also said that he will be part of a performance on the well known A. R. Rahman song "Jai ho". [2][3]
