Riviera Partners is a provider of technical search and recruiting services, specializing in talent acquisition for emerging growth companies and digital transformation for F1000. Since its inception, Riviera Partners has focused on building technology teams primarily for startup companies. Riviera Partners' clientele includes, among others, ServiceNow, Xoom, One Kings Lane, Uber, Path, Okta, Pure Storage, Twitter, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Pinterest, and Zappos.[1]


The company was founded in 2002 by Michael A. Morell and Ali Behnam. The Founders were included on the Silicon Valley 100.[2] list and Ali Behnam was recently named one of the 10 People Who Can Get You The Best Jobs In Tech.[3] Riviera has built data-driven technology to help scale the organization now that social media has crowded the market with candidate information.[4]
