Primary sources Template:Third-party Template:Coi Signature Homes is a real estate developer based in Pleasanton, California in the eastern San Francisco Bay Area that constructs housing in the United States, primarily in the state of California.[1] As of March 2014, the company president is Gary Galindo.[2]

Signature Homes is also the name of a new home builder based in New Zealand.[3]

History

Signature Homes was founded in 1983. The firm has built over 70 communities totaling in excess of 6000 housing units over the 30-year period between 1983 and 2014.[1] The company's projects are centered in Northern California, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Region.[1]
