==Early life==
Pascoe was raised in Camborne, Cornwall, attending Roskear County Primary School and [[Camborne Science and International Academy|Camborne School and Community College]]. She went on to read Politics and German at the [[University of Southampton]], graduating with an honours degree in 2004.

==Official duties==
