Live2Support is a privately held Customer chat software company based in Noida, India founded in 2003 by Kumar Jeswal.

According to TechCrunch, the Live2Support platform consists of a multiple platforms like Windows, Mac, Linux, iOs, Android focused SaaS solution.

On May 29, 2013, Live2Support announced the general availability of its platform, enabling app developers to download integrate chat on its website with 15 days full version trial.

In June 2014, the company released new desktop and web base application.
