Raymond Ceska is an executive who has been employed by various large food companies.
After 15 years working for CPC International "building a strategic business unit [to] grow" various brands, Ceska became the director of Global Purchasing at McDonald's in 1992. He then became Managing Director of McDonald's World Trade in 1995 and held the position until 1999; his duties were to "reduce or eliminate barriers to trade" between the countries in which McDonald's has franchises. The franchise more than doubled the scale of its operations during his employment. He was called to testify in the McLibel case for this reason.
In January 2000, Ceska founded GAEÁ International, a "market development, trade, and strategic planning organization that promotes... economic development in emerging economies". He acted as the president of this organization until 2012.
Ceska is married and has three children.
