Football biography

Kevin Okumu Otieno aka Chumsy is a Kenyan right back cum right winger turning out for Kenyan National Super League side Nairobi City Stars from mid 2016.[1] [2] [3] [4]

Okumu, an Ofafa Jericho Secondary school alumnus, was one of ten players signed by the Kawangware based side in July 2016 - coming from Young Rovers - as the team tweaked to try and avoid relegation.

Previously he nurtured his game at the junior ranks of Kenyan Premier League side Kariobangi Sharks between 2014 and 2016.

His bust of speed and admirable work rate both offensively and defensively on the right channel was key to City Stars drop-zone escape during the shortened 2018/19 season.
