(Take These) Chains is a song written by Bob Halligan, Jr. and performed by British Heavy metal band Judas Priest.

Judas Priest originally released the song on their eighth studio album Screaming for Vengeance in 1982. The song was released as the second single from the album but it has never been played live by the band.[no citations needed here]. The B-side was a unique 8 minute plus medley of Judas Priest studio tracks with a voice-over chronicling the history of the band[1]
