ACD is a cloud based technology and claims solutions provider to the property and casualty industry. The company is headquartered in Carlsbad, California. Products provided include mobile self-service claims applications, workflow, vendor partner integration and data analytics.

History

ACD (AutoClaims Direct) was founded in 2003 without any outside investment. The firm employs administrative, technology, audit and compliance personnel who work connecting partners within the claims value chain. This includes national networks of on-demand claims service providers, parts suppliers, salvage yards and collision repair facilities.

Dec 2016, San Diego-based auto insurer Anchor General Insurance Co. said it has chosen Carlsbad, California-based ACD’s AutoLink material damage workflow platform.[1]
