Karen Fukuhara (born February 10, 1992), is a Japanese-American actress. She is best known for her upcoming role of Tatsu Yamashiro / Katana in the DC superhero film Suicide Squad, scheduled to be released in August 2016.
Early career
Karen Fukuhara was born in Los Angeles, California. She was raised in both the United States and Japan.[no citations needed here] While attending college at UCLA, she continued to work on numerous shows in Japan, most notably those on the Disney Channel.[no citations needed here]
In 2016, Fukuhara has played a significant comic role of Tatsu Yamashiro / Katana in the superhero film Suicide Squad, which is scheduled to be released in August.[2][3]
