Developments

This company, based in New York, has designed communities in towns and cities such as Norfolk, Virginia, Warwick, New York, and are in partnership with University of Connecticut to develop a town for more off-campus entertainment for students.

Company

In March 2004 LeylandAlliance won "Best of Seniors Housing Design" by the National Association of Home Builders. Along with designing communities to foster interpersonal interaction, the company designs in an environmentally sustainable way.
