Rhythm Wagholikar (born 24 September 1993) is an Indian Author, Talk show host and Social Activist. He is renowned for his contribution towards legends of the art and film world. Having penned several books to his credit on The Nightingale of India Bharat Ratna Awardee and legendary singer Smt.Lata Mangeshkar, Hindustani Classical vocalist Gaanasaraswati Padma Vibhushan Kishori Amonkar and other epics of the music fraternity. Rhythm has made a distinctive mark by capturing these Sagas in a never thought before style.[1][2][3]

Rhythm conferred with the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Samman at the British Parliament-House of Commons by the NRI Welfare Society of India in recognition of contributions and dedication to worthy causes and achievements in keeping the Flag of India high at House Of commons London. This award is presented to 45 Indians globally, Rhythm is the Youngest Indian Reciepent for it.[4]

Rhythm is also known for his social activities and motivational work. He has worked with Gauri Sawant, eminent transgender social Activist for the rescue of abandoned girls and protecting their rights towards a happy childhood.[5]

He is also the founder of Creating Possibilities, a brand inspired to inspire people, where he along with his counterpart Rachana Shah host talk shows and interviews on Public Platforms across the length and breadth of the country.[6][7]


Early life

Rhythm Wagholikar was born on 24 September 1993 in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Rhythm hails from a successful family from the real estate sector from Pune. He is the elder son of Sudhir Wagholikar and Anuradha Wagholikar. He has two brothers Aashay and Pratik.

Rhythm completed his school in the year 2009 from The Bishop's School Camp Pune. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Studies and is a proud Alumni of the All India Shree Shivaji Memorial college of hotel management and Catering Technology.

At the age of 23 he came up with his homage in the form of a book called ‘Swarlata - Rhythmic Reminisces of Lata Didi’ dedicated to The Legendary Singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar. Intricately designed and printed in the unique shape of a gramophone record, The limited edition book comprises anthology of 38 stalwarts of the Indian Subcontinent, some prominent ones including Amitabh Bachchan, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Rekha , Dilip Kumar, Madhuri Dixit ,Raj Thakare and many others. It's the worlds first book to be printed in the unique Shape of a gramophone.[8][2][9]

Armed with masters in psychology, paying attention to people and their lives came naturally to 24-year-old Wagholikar. Doubled this with his passion for music and he came up with the subject for his next book. ‘The Soul Stirring Voice - Gaanasaraswati Kishori Amonkar’. Dedicated to veteran Hindustani Classical music vocalist, Padma Vibhushan Kishori Amonkar, the book shaped like a Swaramandal (a harp-like instrument) is chock-a-block with anecdotes about the stalwart.[10]






Talk Show host

He is the founder of Creating Possibilities, a brand inspired to inspire people, where he along with his counterpart Rachana Shah host talk shows and interviews on Public Platforms across the length and breadth of the country. His guests lists include some prominent politicians, social workers, epics of the art and film world to legendary connoisseurs of music. [6][7]

Social Activities

Rhythm has worked with Gauri Sawant, eminent transgender social Activist for the rescue of abandoned girls and protecting their rights towards a happy childhood. Wagholikar is also planning to write a book on the transgender community.[11][12] [13]

Rhythm encouraged reading books in old age home and orphanages.[14][15]

Rhythm Wagholikar has also served the Public Relations Council of India YCC as the Chairman, Pune from 2016-2018.[16]

Rhythm honored with the International Achievers Award as "Eminent Writers". in the 12th international achievers summit in association with United Arab Emirates Ministry of Economy. This award was coveted to them by His Excellence Abdulla Al Saleh (undersecretary for Foreign trade, Ministry of Economy UAE).[18][19][20]

Rhythm also honored with Femina Most Powerful of the Year 2018' by Amrita Fadnavis.[21][22]
