oooh, orphan According to D.M. Murdock/Acharya S, the term mysthicism stand for the position that deities and legendary figures are mythical characters rather than real people. Many of these figures were symbols of natural phenomena, such as the sun and stars. This is what is called "astrotheology".

Many gods and goddesses also symbolised concepts that was important in peoples daily lives like love, war, fertility, justice, peach, etc.
