[1]Kislay Pandey also Panday (Hindi: किसलय पांडेय)[2] is an Indian lawyer,[3][4] in the areas of economic offences, real estate laws[5] and corporate laws. He primarily practices [6] at [7][8] Supreme Court of India in addition to Indian High Courts. He was inspired by Ram Jethmalani, an eminent criminal lawyer of India and the great admirer of Atal Bihar Vajpeyee. He is also a member of International Bar Association and American Bar Association.[9][10][11]


Kislay Pandey was born at Pratapgarh in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Whereas his childhood was raised at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. latter on he shifted to Delhi and completed his graduation and pursuant to that he did his Masters in Sanskrit from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University. Thereafter, He obtained his law degree and enrolled him self with Bar Council of India. He did his LLM in Corporate Law and completed his PhD therewith.
